Bajilo Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Use

Welcome to Bajilo. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Bajilo platform and all associated services. "Bajilo", "we", and "our" refer to Bajilo's operating company and its affiliates. "Member" and "you" refer to any individual using the platform.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and international gaming standards. Creating an account, accessing the site, or using any of our services constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

To open an account and use services on Bajilo, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Government-issued ID may be requested at any time to verify your age.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be permanently closed.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Accounts found to contain false information will be terminated.
• Your account is strictly for personal use — using it on behalf of others or for commercial purposes is not permitted.
• Members must verify their phone number via mobile OTP.

You are responsible for keeping your Bajilo account secure. Please follow the guidelines below:

If you notice any unauthorized access or unusual activity on your account, contact us immediately at support@bajilo.ws. Bajilo staff will never ask for your password or OTP via phone or message.

Bajilo supports easy transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are governed by the following conditions:

Bajilo offers a variety of bonuses for both new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, and you are encouraged to read them carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Get up to a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A wagering requirement of 8x must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Calculation: Bonus amount × wagering multiplier = total wagering target. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 8 = ৳8,000 must be wagered.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus is valid for a specified period only. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses and credited directly to your balance.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Please keep the following rules in mind when using Bajilo's betting section:

• Minimum bet is ৳200. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the member's tier and the specific market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies).
• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded to your balance. For partial matches, the official authority's decision on the result is final.
• During live betting, odds may change due to network delays. The odds displayed at the time your bet is placed will be the ones applied.
• In an accumulator bet, if any single selection is voided, that leg will be removed and the remaining odds will be used to settle the bet.
• Bajilo does not influence the outcome of any bet. All match results follow the official announcements of the relevant governing bodies.

The following terms apply specifically to the use of Bajilo's lottery services:

• Every lottery draw is conducted using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Mega Draw tickets can be purchased up to 30 minutes before the draw begins.
• Lottery prize winnings will be credited to winners' balances within 30 minutes of the draw concluding.
• VIP monthly draw prizes will be credited within 72 hours, subject to KYC verification.
• Lottery results are final and no appeals will be accepted.
• If a draw is suspended due to technical issues, the same ticket will be carried over to the next scheduled draw.

The following actions will result in permanent account closure, and all balances may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.
• Attempting to collect bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Coordinating with other members to place bets collectively in order to exploit the system strategically (syndicate betting).
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Harassment or attempts to harm Bajilo staff, management, or other members.

Bajilo reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or discovery of false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• As a precautionary security measure.

Members may also close their own account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded subject to verification. If a member under self-exclusion attempts to open a new account, that account will also be closed.

Bajilo strives to provide the highest standard of safe and reliable service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet outages, power failures, or mobile network disruptions.
• Server issues or technical failures on the part of third-party game providers.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from a member's own negligence or password sharing.
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, war, pandemics, and similar circumstances.

Bajilo's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the original transaction amount in question.

Bajilo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via SMS to their registered number or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. The team will typically respond with a decision within 48 hours. If the matter remains unresolved, you may escalate it to bajilo's compliance department.
